Ojito con la ruta del bus....
It seems that this game is currently broken. I can never get to the end because the monster always comes to me and I have to start all over again from the beginning.
But there's nothing that I can do to avoid it, as far as I know.
I rated this game 2 out of 5, but I would change my rating if someone tells me how to fix this.
Update: Nevermind. I just learned from a youtuber that the game just couldn't be finished for some reason and that the creature randomly killing you is the actual "ending."
Well, in that case, I don't think that I will give this a higher rating considering that it's not really a finished product to begin with. Which is sad, because it certainly had pontential. :(
this game was made in 3 days and was never updated. It’s not a “product” either, it’s free. It is what it is, and won’t change, but it’s getting a sequel ;)
Oh, now you're actually giving me hope!
I really would love to play either a sequel or a remake of this.
It was a very short walk home.
Really love both your games on itch.io! You have a great aesthetic and mood in your games. Hope there's more coming in the future :)
muy interesante el juego, logra su objetivo de incomodar mientras camina. la ambientación y el sonido muy bien logrado
Hey! I've really gotten into the pixelated horror game genre and after seeing this game, I'm really inspired to make my own but I have no idea where to start. I tried searching for tutorials on how to make games like these but I haven't found anything.
Good Game :) Hope theres more!
Fiquei com aflição jogando esse jogo, e sim! é muito bom jogar com aflição pois o jogo de terror é realmente bom! Cada passo que você avança nesse jogo parece que algo ruim vai acontecer kkk muito bom! recomendo!
what is the music in the background? Also can you upload the ambience to YouTube?
Highly enjoyable horror game, loved the graphics. Explored the area a bit. Great pacing. I played 4x, the second 2x I died faster than the first so I tried the old Orpheus/Eurydice trick 4th time and survived, falling off the road/map. Is that a win? Haha...anyway loved it.
That's a win in my opinion :)
I had a really good time playing this game! Sounds were great to build eerie athmosphere. Somehow, the envirment felt familar to me (dim light of streetlights, fallen trees, rusty objects)since I'm from rural region. It was also quite comical to find the bus crashed. Somehow I also managed to get behing fence neat building with carcass and couldn't get out. But overall, it was great experience.
Nice game to chill, really, You should make a game like this, longer, without dying, just walking and scenary... would be like a terapy, the sounds are amazing.
Nice atmosphere and visuals! The running sound as the monster comes up on you certainly got my skin crawling.
It definitely hits that feeling of walking home late and alone. Knowing now how the 'monster' works, it was comically lucky how I was able to avoid it so often lol
There's a bit of a collision issue with one of the fences letting you in but not letting you back out and I got stuck for a bit in that area but that's probably my fault for being a bit to explorative.
Thanks for making games!
Hey this is some really amazing work! Do you have a business email I could contact you with?
yep! Laura.lorian@gmail.com
I almost shit my pants turning around ,nice atmosphere.
So this reminds me so much of getting dropped off at my friends bus stop, so creepy!

Loved the game, great atmosphere and nice graphics.
I liked it; great atmosphere :D
Thanks! That's pretty much all we had time to get right lolol
excelente
The Shadow Over Yangebup
Good game! I anxious the whole time and very creeped out!
really good one:0
I'm sure I was doing something wrong but I always seemed to get a bad ending at random points.
I'd love to have another look at it if I was doing something wrong.
Heya, thanks for playing! Unfortunately, we didn't get the time during the jam to add a proper ending, so you always will die at the end of the dirt road. The way to avoid dying until that point is to turn around periodically, which scares away the monster.
I'll give that a go and see if I can get a bit further than before.
Awesome! Shouldn't be too hard, it takes about 2 mins of not turning around for the creature to get you. To be safe, just do a 360 every minute or so XD
I was just walking backwards the whole time, I guess I'm just superior pfff
Nice idea. It would be better if i can enter the house.
Loved the atmosphere although I had no clue how to shake the enemy once the music starts.
It was so scary and weird!
And it was fun!
thanks so much for playing our game!
Hey! Part of your game is also available on my channel's fun video!
Wow! This one really surprised me. The whole game has such a great tense atmosphere and it never felt like just a walking simulator with the ambient effects and music. I loved it! I played it on my channel, starts at 17:35 in this video.
Good game
I LIKED THIS GAME ALOT BUT IT WAS A LITTLE TOO SHORT FOR MY PLEASURE BUT STILL A FUN GAME <3
A little slow and I think I found a bug in one of the fences near the first house with dead cows, you see in the video. I think it would improve the exploration to be able to control the camera with the mouse and would add more tension to the movement on the sides of the first section. The aesthetics of the game is very good and the cresccendo of the music is incredible, good work! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MhP25eR3T5I
